Abstract:

Plenty of modern materials which are artificial products like polymers, are widely implemented in industry as well as by regular consumers. In order to be used in food, chemical industry and bioengineering their surface needs to be relatively clear of bacterial and microbiological contaminations. The objective of our research is to describe and investigate the process of plasma treatment on TEFLON surface that was previously microbiologically contaminated. In the process of treatment miniature non thermal plasma generator was used at atmospheric pressure.
