Abstrakt: This paper presents the results of an investigation into the generation of reactive species in two setups of a
dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma source, using a water target with different vessels. By analyzing both
neutral mass spectra and MIDscan spectra, we explore the concentrations of reactive oxygen and nitrogen
species (NO, NO2 and O3) under varying plasma conditions and mass spectrometer configurations.
