Abstrakt:

We present here a software for modeling of the electron dynamics in theuniform electric field named Web-EEDF. It uses a Monte Carlo algorithm tocalculate EEDFs and other plasma parameters in various gas mixtures.Obtained results are in good agreement with literature. This represents thefirst stage in more complex modeling of processes leading to thedecomposition of various pollutants in electrical discharges at atmosphericpressure.
