The ICPM-6 registration fee covers the major costs of the conference organization. It covers access to all conference sessions, exhibitions, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches. During the registration each participants will receive a conference bag containing conference program, book of abstracts, notepad, pen, city guide, and various information materials. The fee also includes the ISPM membership for the next 2-year period and basic conference trip (some trips will require an additional fee). The registration fee is also used to support participation of invited speakers and students from developing countries and economies in transition.

*Fee includes welcome cocktail and the basic conference trip, some conference trips require additional fees. The fees for optional companion program are specified here.
Payment MethodThe payment of the conference fee, conference dinner and eventual additional fee for the conference trip can be done from the personal user account that is automatically created upon online registration. To make a payment, you can choose one of three methods specified below.
1) Bank transfer

While making the transfer select OUR instruction, which means you pay all transfer charges.
Please do not select SHA (shared) or BEN (beneficiary) instructions.
2) Credit card payment
Credit card payment will proceed via the server of 'Society for Plasma Research and Applications' that provides the secure connection to the bank credit card payment interface.
The card types we can accept are Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Dinners Club.
Credit card payment handling fee will be automatically added (VISA/Master cards: 2%, Diners Club: 4.2%).
3) Cash payment on site
This option is not possible for participants who require letters of invitation and for presenting participants who send their abstract.
Any special requests will be evaluated individually by the local organizers.
Cancellation FeeIf a registrant is unable to attend the conference he/she may substitute someone else from the same organization/institurion and inform the organizers about the substitution well in advance. If the registrant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:
a) more than 60 days before the conference will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
b) less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the conference will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
c) less than 30 days before the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded. For bank transfers, the bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
