Participation at NATO ARW limited to
about 50
participants is exclusively on invitation, which was based on
the
submitted abstract and the expertise in the relevant fields of research, while
observing the country rules for participation.
No registration fee will be charged.
Full lodging and board during the workshop will be covered for regular
participants from eligible countries*,
not employed in commercial or industrial sector, presenting at the
entire workshop and
contributing a full paper to the NATO Science
Series book.
Travel costs up to a certain limit based on economy fares will be also
subsidized to the participants unable to find other support. Book of abstracts, free wifi, coffee breaks, and access to
the hotel's swimming pool and fitness will be included.
Social events (banquet, skiing and excursions), extended stays and lodging
and board of accompanying persons will be on participants' own charge.
Scientists from non-eligible Partner countries or from industrial or
commercial undertakings, and observers are welcome but
cannot be NATO-funded. The observer or extra-participant fee includes
workshop attendance and materials, coffee breaks,
lunches and dinners in hotel Junior Jasna, i.e. the same services as
normal participants - without lodging, breakfasts and
social events.
Expenses not covered by the workshop:

> extended stay in Jasna after the
workshop (March 18 and 19) in hotel Junior per person and night lodging
with half pension

Uzbekistan. Scientists and experts from Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland can participate on a self-funding
basis. Mediterranean Dialogue countries: Algeria, Egypt, Israel,
Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia.
